How I am different
I am a full-time licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams serving the greater Twin Cities metro area; I also offer expert insight for the southwest metro. I have special certification (SRES) and training to work with maturing Americans, from empty nesters to those enjoying the golden years of life. I offer a variety of trusted partners to help prepare your home for sale, declutter and downsize, and get your new home ready for you to move in.
Prior to getting licensed, I spent twenty years in health care. I had the opportunity to work with many aspects, including long term care and hospice care. During that time, I focused on communication and marketing strategies, along with event planning and community connections. I also earned my MBA (Masters of Business Administration) while starting a family. My unique set of skills and experiences benefit my clients in both the marketing and sale of their home and the research and purchase of their new home.
My family lives in an intergenerational home with my parents residing in the lower-level garden suite; the hope is that they will stay and age in place. That journey provides an intimate understanding of the aging process and the spectrum of available housing options.
The real estate process is more than a series of clever negotiations, it is one of the most important moments in our lives. I promise to honor that aspect as we work together to meet your unique needs and start your next chapter.
